Meet Roxie
Roxie is the kind of dog who makes sunshine feel a little warmer. With her signature smile, joyful personality, and loving heart, she brings happiness everywhere she goes. This beautiful mama survived raising 11 puppies while overcoming neglect and malnourishment — and despite everything she’s been through, Roxie still greets the world with kindness, trust, and tail wags.
She loves soaking up the outdoors, collecting little “treasures” like rocks in the yard, lounging in the sunshine, and making new friends wherever she goes. Roxie is wonderful with kids, enjoys other dogs, and charms everyone she meets with her sweet spirit and goofy personality. She walks beautifully on a leash and is house trained, never using the bathroom in her kennel.
Whether she’s exploring outside, relaxing nearby, or flashing her famous smile, Roxie reminds us daily how resilient rescue dogs truly are. She’s ready for a forever home filled with love, soft places to rest, adventures in the sunshine, and a family who will cherish her the way she deserves.
✨ Roxie is more than a rescue dog — she’s a reminder that even after hard chapters, joy can bloom again.

Meet Gatsby
A sweet, sunshine-loving girl with a playful spirit and a heart full of love. ☀️🐾
Gatsby is the kind of dog who makes every day brighter. She’s smart, affectionate, and always ready for an adventure, whether that means zooming around the yard, exploring the outdoors, playing enrichment games, or soaking up the sunshine beside her people. When the fun winds down, she’s just as happy curling up close for kisses and snuggles.
Like many rescue dogs, Gatsby has overcome challenges in her journey. After being lost early in life, she can be timid in new situations and needs a patient family willing to help her continue building confidence at her own pace. Because of this, a secure fenced yard is a must for her safety and peace of mind.
Gatsby thrives with structure, love, and understanding. She enjoys toys (especially tear-away toys), treats like yogurt, and spending time with her canine friends. Her goofy personality, expressive face, and joyful energy make it impossible not to fall in love with her.
She’s looking for a forever family who understands that rescue dogs aren’t “plug-and-play” — they blossom with patience, trust, and time. In return, Gatsby promises to be a loyal companion who will fill your days with laughter, love, and endless happy moments.
Could Gatsby be the missing piece your family has been searching for? 🖤

Meet Quincy
Quincy is the kind of dog who makes every adventure better simply by being beside you.
This handsome boy has spent far too long waiting for his forever home — over 368 days at the Animal Protection Society of Caswell County, followed by time in rescue — and through it all, he has never stopped hoping someone would finally choose him.
At nearly 5 years old, Quincy is still full of life, personality, and excitement for the world around him. He’s the perfect mix of adventure buddy and couch companion. Whether it’s going for walks, exploring hiking trails, riding shotgun on errands, helping around the farm, or curling up beside you for a quiet evening watching TV, Quincy just wants to be part of your life.
He’s a smart, active boy who thrives when he has daily exercise, enrichment, and time with his people. Quincy would love a home with a fenced yard where he can stretch his legs, play, and enjoy the sunshine.
Quincy does have a few small requests for his forever home:
🐾 No indoor cats
🐾 No large male dogs
🐾 Best with small dogs or female dogsDespite his long wait, Quincy continues to greet life with hope, loyalty, and a heart ready to love deeply. He deserves a family who sees beyond the time he’s spent overlooked and recognizes the incredible dog standing right in front of them.
If you’re looking for a best friend who will happily join you on adventures and then snuggle up beside you afterward, Quincy may be the missing piece your home has been waiting for.
🖤 Quincy is ready for his second chance.
